1.1 Platform Operator. The aah77 platform, accessible at https://aah77.vip, is operated by aah77 (hereinafter referred to as "aah77," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between aah77 and each individual who accesses or uses the aah77 platform in any capacity (hereinafter referred to as "you," "the Player," or "Member").

1.2 Scope of Services. aah77 operates an online gaming platform offering, inter alia, live dealer casino games, electronic slot machines, sports wagering, horse racing via HRG Live, online bingo, sabong, and associated loyalty and promotional services. These Terms govern the use of all services, features, and content accessible through aah77.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

1.3 Agreement to Terms. Access to and use of the aah77 platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. All referenced policies form an integral part of your agreement with aah77.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) aah77 account. The operation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether registered under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aah77 may close all associated accounts and forfeit balances therein upon detection of duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the life of your account. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Registration Data. Registration requires, at minimum, a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique password, and confirmation of eligibility. aah77 may, at its discretion, require additional verification information including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, or source of funds declarations.

3.4 Account Ownership. Your aah77 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise convey your account or any rights therein to any third party. Any such transaction is null and void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued by aah77. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify aah77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. aah77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or to notify aah77 of a breach in a timely manner.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. aah77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal request is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment provider limitations. aah77 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for accounts that have completed identity verification and are in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours during business hours. aah77 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems beyond its control.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. aah77 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. We may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

5.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback against a deposit that was used for gambling on aah77 may constitute fraud. aah77 will contest any illegitimate chargeback and reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue legal remedies for losses suffered as a result of fraudulent chargeback activity.

6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes issued by aah77 are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion detail page, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. aah77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. 6.4 Promotion Modification. aah77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be limited to specific player segments, tiers, or time periods. Players who do not qualify for a promotion have no entitlement to equivalent compensation.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on aah77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game session, aah77 will endeavor to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where this is not possible, aah77's decision regarding the treatment of affected bets shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aah77 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all aah77 account holders at no cost via the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform;
• Cooling-off periods: Request a short-term account suspension without permanent closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Enforcement. 10.3 Restrictions. 11.2 Data Processing Consent. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal obligations and retention requirements.

12.1 No Warranty. The aah77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aah77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if aah77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Maximum Liability. aah77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your aah77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. aah77 shall not be liable for gambling losses incurred by you in the normal course of using the platform, including losses resulting from decisions made by you regarding gameplay strategy, bet size, or game selection.

13.1 aah77's Rights. aah77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to in circumstances where:

• A Player has breached or is suspected of breaching these Terms;
• A Player is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A Player has initiated a fraudulent chargeback;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure;
• aah77 has reason to believe that a Player's account is being operated by an ineligible person.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your aah77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any genuine balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure, net of applicable bonuses and pending withdrawals, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

14.1 Initial Complaint. If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your aah77 account or the platform, you should first contact our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Complex matters may require up to fourteen (14) business days.

14.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may request that the matter be escalated for senior management review. Written records of all complaint communications will be maintained by aah77 for a minimum of twelve (12) months.

14.3 Final Decision. aah77's decisions regarding disputes related to gameplay outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility are final once all available internal escalation paths have been exhausted, subject only to applicable regulatory oversight. Game outcome disputes are subject to verification against aah77's server-side game logs.

15.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.1 Right to Amend. aah77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material, aah77 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the platform, email, or SMS — though it is not obligated to do so for non-material changes.

16.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the aah77 platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

16.3 Effective Date. The most recent version of these Terms is effective from the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Prior versions of the Terms are archived and available upon written request.
